Kayak rental FAQ
Everything you need to know before you paddle
No. You don't need any previous experience to rent our kayaks. We offer an introduction before you head out. 90% of our guests paddle without experience and enjoy their time on the water.
We provide paddle, life vest and spray skirt (in bad weather/on request). All life vests are CE-marked and meet safety standards.
You can rent a kayak from 0-2 hours up to a full day. Prices vary depending on rental duration.
Yes. Our kayaks are designed for stability and easy manoeuvrability, making them suitable for beginners.
Prices start from 270 SEK for 0-2 hours and increase the longer you paddle. For group bookings and longer periods, please contact us for a quote.
Yes. The minimum age to rent a kayak is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and we have life vests from 3 kg.
If the weather is bad, we offer rescheduling to another date at no extra cost, or cancellation.
Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booked time.

During summer, shorts and a t-shirt work fine. We recommend comfortable, quick-drying clothes. Avoid cotton as it retains moisture. Sunscreen and a hat are also good to have.
We always recommend paddling in pairs or groups for safety. If you choose to paddle alone, make sure someone knows where you are and when you plan to return.

Absolutely! Double kayaks, triple kayaks and SUP boards are popular choices for bringing your dog along.
Yes. There is car parking in Vinterviken and bicycle parking outside our location.
